Split Centre Lex Apartment

We loved the trip here. A seating area, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk were provided for us. There was a handy kitchenette.

Ivan, the host, was extremely helpful. He assisted us with parking our car in the included space, as it was a bit tricky to maneuver. He also went above and beyond by helping us with our luggage and providing water and juice in the fridge. the apartment itself was modern and impeccably clean, making it the best accommodation we had during our time in Croatia. Its location is also convenient, just a 5-minute walk from everything in town, yet situated in a more spacious area. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.

Thank you for really great stay, having setting close to everything. The host, Ivan, makes you feel at home. The place is next to the center, and a longer walking distance from the beach👌😀

our stay at the lex apartment was exceptional. it exceeded all expectations and made our time in split truly memorable. from the comfortable and spotless accommodation to the helpful and welcoming host, every detail was perfect.

Lighting on the walk back to the apartment at night was insufficient.

We liked every moment of the stay, excellent experience. Magnificent and comfy location, close to Tommy. Saw few city center attractions relatively close to the place. Everything was perfect, met needs;)))

The location was fantastic, just 5 minutes' drive from Marjan Hill, which made it a great choice for traveling to the area and I was glad to stay here.

Absolutely mind-blowing experience! The owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a dryer. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the old town and a stunning view of the city from the nearby hill. The included parking space was a huge plus. We also appreciated the little extras like sun loungers, cots for our baby, and board games. The cleanliness and modernity of the apartment were jaw-dropping. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this city.

The host was efficient, friendly & informative. The apartment was impeccably clean. Lovely extras and essentials were provided. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views and easy access to town. The host even had a little gift for us.

The private parking was a real treat, like finding a unicorn in the city. I also enjoyed relaxing in the garden, pretending I was a fancy lady surrounded by nature.

Oh, just the inconvenience of not being able to stay at Split Centre Lex forever. How dare life go on without me in that fabulous apartment?

The apartment was fresh, spotless clean, and comfortable. We had a great night's sleep and didn't hear any noise during the night. The location was surprisingly close to Split Old town, just a 5-10 minute walk away. We were also near a fantastic beach for families. The host was super helpful and gave us great tips about our stay in Split.

That the location required a bit of walking, so keep that in mind if you're not a fan of walking. there wasn't quite enough hot water for four consecutive showers, so plan accordingly.

The apartment was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed, including a washer, dryer, and oven. It had a comfortable and homely feel with lovely touches throughout. the hosts, Ivan and Sandra, were amazing and very responsive. They even gave us a parting gift which was a nice surprise. the location was great, just a short walk to the center and there was a supermarket nearby for convenience. it felt like a home away from home and we had a wonderful stay.

If I had to nitpick, it would be that there were only three mugs in the cupboard, and it would have been nice to have one more to make it four. But this was a very minor inconvenience and did not affect our overall experience at all.

It truly felt like a home away from home. The hospitality was mind-blowing. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the old town. Look no further for an amazing stay!

The owners, Ivan & Sandra, were fantastic from the moment we arrived. Despite our late arrival, Ivan welcomed us and even switched on the aircon for us. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Ivan and his wife were excellent at communication and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The parting gift was a lovely touch. The apartment is in a quiet residential area but still within easy walking distance of the bustling old town. a great choice for a small family or two couples.
